If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Our Refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your skincare purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days, in order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: Customerservice@fivelayersofself.com
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, the original shipping & handling charge, if any, is not refundable.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Regrettably, We do not offer free returns. For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and unopened in the original product packaging. You must supply a receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping & handling charge is not refundable.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or that are personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly or when the expiry date is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, Goods that have made contact with your skin, and Goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
RETURNING GOODS & REFUNDS

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. We will notify you once the package has been received and inspected, either approving or rejecting your return. If the Goods are approved, We will refund your original payment method. Please note, that We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. The original shipping & handling charge is not refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged from shipment or during transit.
GIFTS / GIFT CERTIFICATE
Please let Us know if you would like to send your order as a Gift to someone. We also offer gift certificates for the purchase of Goods from the website. We cannot issue a Refund for a different method of payment. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Gift Certificates or Gifted Goods We will send the refund to the gift giver.
